Staff recommends approval of Pay Request 1 to T. Scherber Demolition and Excavating, LLC. in the amount of $104,546.07.

 
Financial/Budget

The Highway 55 Turn Lane Improvements are a requirement of the Corcoran Storage II development and funded via developer escrow.
