Summary

Council should review and consider the attached engineering memorandum.

 

Staff recommends approval of Pay Request 1 for Old Settlers, Horseshoe, & Trail Street Improvements project to Park Construction Company in the amount of $219,177.54.

 
Financial/Budget

The Old Settlers, Horseshoe, & Trail Street Improvements project is funded by a combination of escrow from the Tavera Development Contract and the 2026 General Fund line item for Street Maintenance.
