POULSBO CITY COUNCIL AGENDA SUMMARY

The proposed modifications to PMC 13.12 - Irrigation Regulations were reviewed and accepted by City Council on the August 19th, 2026 City Council meeting. To make effective the proposed changes, an ordinance is required to be adopted. 

The attached ordinance has been prepared and reviewed by the City Attorney and makes effective the accepted regulations. 

Move to Approve Ordinance No. 2026-11, An Ordinance of the City of Poulsbo, Washington, repealing and replacing Chapter 13.12 of the Poulsbo Municipal Code in order to codify irrigation regulations and water conservation requirements, restrictions, and penalties; providing for severability; and establishing an immediate effective date.
