This item is required along with the IGM-W G-3-04-0021-039-2026-Grant Agreement to apply for and receive the Arizona Department of Transportation grant for a project share of 2.5%.
This project is approved in the FY2026-27 Adopted Budget and 5-Year Capital Improvement Plan and is budgeted at $260,000 in the Airport Grants Fund. C&S' proposal is $247,921. Grant funding will cover most of this cost, but a local match of $6,397 will be required.
This project is mostly grant funded. There will be a minimal fiscal impact of approximately $6,397 to the Airport Fund.
