SUMMARY:
The Kingman Route 66 Street Drags team has requested approval of a fee waiver for the upcoming Route 66 Street Drags event scheduled for October 8–11, 2026. The requested fee waiver includes $1,530.00 for Lewis Kingman Park Reservation fees and $5,670 for delivery and pickup of bleachers for the event. The total amount requested to be waived is $7,200.00.
The rental fee per bleacher for drop-off and pick-up is $210; the team has requested 27 sets for a total of $5,670. Lewis Kingman Park rental fee for the days requested is $1,530.00.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There will be a fiscal impact of $7,200 to the General Fund.
