Request: Request for Contract Time Extension from September 24, 2026 to November 27, 2026.
Reason:
A contract time extension is needed for Perco Rock Construction for Flying Fortress Parkway and Airway Avenue (ENG25-0079) in order for the contractor to address punch list items, do site clean up, and perform extra work that is currently being designed. The extra work will address an issue with an existing driveway; therefore, a new contract expiration date of November 27, 2026 is recommended.
Fiscal Impact:
This time extension/change order does not result in any increase or decrease to the current contract. the design work discussed as a basis for the extension will result in additional construction cost which will be reviewed under a separate request when the design is complete along with construction costs/bid.
Time Extension:
The work authorized under this supplemental agreement allows a time extension work from September 24, 2026 to November 27, 2026.
