SUMMARY:
As part of the ongoing partnership between Mohave Area General Narcotics Enforcement Team (MAGNET) and the U.S Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), this agreement establishes the reimbursement of overtime expenses incurred by a Kingman Police Department detective assigned as a Task Force Officer (TFO) while participating in MAGNET-related investigations. The agreement outlines applicable compliance and reimbursement requirements consistent with existing City and Department policies and procedures. The agreement is effective October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2031.
