SUMMARY:

Resolution No. 5638, declares that certain document "City Street and Sidewalk Development Rules" and the proposed amendment proposed under Ordinance 1996 are on file in the office of the City Clerk, is hereby declared to be a public record, and said copies are ordered to remain on file with the City Clerk.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

Mayor and City Council adopt Resolution No. 5638 as proposed. 

 
SUGGESTED MOTION:

Adopt Resolution No. 5638 declaring that certain document “City Street and Sidewalk Development Rules dated January 5, 2018” are filed with the City Clerk as a public record.
