There was an error in one of the attached easement for Project No. 8208553 that City Council approved on Council Meeting held on September 1, 2026. Staff is resubmitting the easement for Project No. 8208553 for an underground utility line that will connect power from an existing power line to West Coast Netting's new hangar. This easement will cover a total of 2520 square feet of land located on West Coast Netting's leased property adjacent to Ziomek's leased property.
There will be no fiscal impact to the Airport Enterprise Funds.
