SUMMARY:
This agenda item is for consideration and approval for the purchase of a new tractor loader. The existing unit is a compact utility tractor used for general grounds and runway maintenance. The existing unit has exceeded its anticipated lifespan and is now due for replacement. This purchase will be made utilizing the Sourcewell Contract #011723-JDC.
This is an approved purchase in the FY27 Adopted Budget and 5-Year Capital Improvement Plan. The budgeted amount is $200,000 in the Airport Capital Projects Fund. The quoted amount is $131,982.96.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There will be a fiscal impact of $131,982.96 to the Airport Capital Projects Fund.
