PUBLIC HEARING – A-2026-01 (Zoning): Conduct A Public Hearing to Receive Comments Regarding an Application Submitted by Stephen Cooper, Power of Attorney (POA) For HKM Investments, Requesting a Zoning Designation in Conjunction with the Proposed Annexation of Approximately 10 Acres of a 78.035-Acre Tract Of Land, Legally Described As A20141, Abstract 141, Tract 4, Generally Located At 0 Highway 59, El Campo, Texas (Property Tax ID No. 52293)
The City Council will conduct a public hearing to receive public comments regarding a proposed zoning designation for approximately 10 acres of property located along Highway 59. The zoning designation is being requested in conjunction with an application for annexation of the property into the city limits of El Campo. The public hearing provides an opportunity for interested citizens and property owners to express their comments or concerns regarding the proposed zoning designation.
