Background of Issue:
Dells Area Heath Center has submitted a petition to annex in their property stated in the Resolution and an exhibit is provided. The property is contiguous to the city and meets all requirements needed to annex in.
Approval of this annexation aligns with Dells Area Health Center/Avera's construction timeline, and provides necessary and critical linkage in the partnership between the city and DAHC/Avera.
Recommendation
Approve Resolution 2026-22 as presented.
