Background of Issue:
Mark Crisp has applied for a mixed-use conditional use permit for his property located at 1403 N Hwy 77 which is zoned B-2: General Business District. He would like to convert the space that was used by Quest Church into two rental apartments.
Recommendation
Approve conditional use request.
