Background of Issue:
DGR Engineers has submitted a Preliminary Subdivision Plan on behalf of the property owners of Lot 1 of JN Jensen Subdivision to the City of Dell Rapids. This property is currently legally described as JN Jensen Subd S1/2 4-104-49 Lot 1 To City of Dell Rapids.
The plan submitted divides the property into three blocks of JN Jensen 3rd Addition. Block 1 will have 11 lots. Block 2 will have 9 lots. Block 3 will have 1 lot.
The submitted plans meet the requirements of the City of Dell Rapids and have been reviewed by the City Engineers, Public Works Director, and Zoning Administrator.

Recommend approval for the Preliminary Subdivision Plan for Lot 1 of JN Jensen Subdivision
