Background of Issue:
Owners Jennifer and Jed McNaughton, Club J&J LLC DBA Pocket Aces Casino-B applied for a Retail On-Off Malt Beverage and SD Farm Wine License. Location is 409 N Hwy 77 Suite B. This resolution allows the Finance Officer and Mayor to enter into a one year operating agreement and approve the Malt Beverage license. The license will be effective upon SD Department of Revenue approval and license issuance and will be renewed on an annual basis. There is no limit on malt beverage licenses. A public hearing and action is required to approve the alcohol license.
