Executive Session - SDCL 1-25-2(3) - Consulting with legal counsel, or reviewing communications from legal counsel, about proposed or pending litigation or contractual matters.

Council will enter Executive Session to discuss issues related to pending litigation or contractual matters.  Note: Council will make a motion to enter Executive Session.  No motions are to be made within Executive Session.  The mayor declares exiting Executive Session when appropriate. Pending an issue requiring immediate action, Council should not make any motions unless the Agenda item already exists.
