Background of Issue:
Attached is the Outdoor Event Permit submitted jointly by Dell Rapids Public School and St. Mary's Catholic School to hold the homecoming day parade on 4th Street on September 18th. The Dell Rapids Public School and St. Mary's have set their homecomings for this fall and have requested permission to hold their joint homecoming parade. This is an annual parade and there are no staff concerns.
