The change order covers additional disposal of contaminated soils, revised site modifications to address unexpected conditions, and additional labor and materials for power, data, and communications systems to equip the building with the latest technology.
The change order increases the contract by $100,266.50, bringing the revised contract total to $29,989,673.06.
