City of Bradenton Affordable Housing Incentives Report - PUBLIC HEARING
SUGGESTED ACTION:
The Affordable Housing Advisory Committee (AHAC) Chair will open the hearing and ask for public comment. If there are no comments, the AHAC Chair will close the hearing, and the Committee will vote on whether to approve the City's affordable housing incentive strategies.

EXPLANATION:
Each year, the AHAC reviews the City's incentive strategies. They may recommend additional strategies, suggest the removal of strategies, or make no recommendations. A public hearing is held before the AHAC votes whether to approve the report, which is due to the Florida Housing Finance Corporation by December 31, 2026.
