EXPLANATION:

Superior Asphalt, Inc., agrees to enter into an agreement with the City of Bradenton for the provision of road building materials and services to the City (the “Agreement”). This Agreement is in accordance with the specifications per that certain contract dated August 27, 2024, between the Contractor and Manatee County, Florida, for the provision of road building materials and services, procured pursuant to the Manatee County, Florida’s Invitation to Bid No. 24-TA005220CD; copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit “A”. with a base contract period dated from the authorized signing of this document by Gene Brown, Mayor, through September 1, 2027, with the option of two additional one-year terms upon written approval of both parties.
