EXPLANATION:

The City and Contractor entered into a contract in response to RFP 23-010EJ on September 13th, 2023, whereby the Contractor agreed to provide the City with visioning consultant services, with an initial one year term. The Contract provides the parties with the option to renew for four additional one year terms. The Parties previously extended the Contract for an additional one year term through September 12, 2025 and extended the Contract for an additional one year period through September 13, 2026. The parties desire to extend the Contract for an additional one year term through September 12, 2027.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:

Expensed under GL Account (00151500-534000).
