EXPLANATION:

The City of Bradenton and Construction Manager (TLC Diversified, Inc.) entered into the Agreement for Construction Management at Risk Services for Water Reclamation Facility Equalization Tank Project under which Construction Manager is providing the professional construction management services requisite to the implementation of the construction of the Equalization Tank. The Construction Manager and Owner have agreed upon a Partial GMP encompassing all costs for early work demolition of the temporary Equalization Tank while we await submission of the finalized GMP for construction of the new Equalization Tank.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:

Funded through the General Fund.
