EXPLANATION:
FDEP revised standard language to the previously approved Standard Grant Agreement, extending the grant expiration date and task due dates, removing matching grant requirements, and awarding the City an additional $2,396,220.00 in ARPA grant funds for a total of $5,334,095.00.
