EXPLANATION:

The City and Mader Electric, Inc. entered into PB-23-18MK on August 9, 2023, whereby the Contractor was to provide the City with electric motor, pump, and blower repair services. The Contract provided for an initial three-year term, through August 9, 2026. The Contract allows for the option to renew the Contract term for three (3) additional one-year periods. the Parties desire to exercise the first option to renew and extend the term of the Contract for an additional one-year period to August 9, 2027.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:

Funded by account (40253320 552900).
