AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BRADENTON, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR AN AMENDMENT TO THE CITY OF BRADENTON LAND USE ATLAS; TO AMEND THE ZONING DESIGNATION FROM GENERAL URBAN RESTRICTED (T4-R) TO GENERAL URBAN OPEN (T4-O), FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 2520 13^TH STREET WEST AND 2524 13^TH STREET WEST (PARCEL ID NOS. 4486300009 AND 4486200001), CONTAINING 0.41 ACRES TOTAL AND OWNED BY THE HUMANE SOCIETY OF MANATEE COUNTY, INC., AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN; PROVIDING FOR APPLICABILITY; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
