SUGGESTED ACTION:
Consider request from IT Department for an agreement for Annual Firewall license renewal in the total amount of $59,575.47.
FACTS AND ISSUES:
Firewall licenses are needed to ensure that the Cherokee County network is secure from malicious intrusion. The IT Department received competitive quotes from three vendors with the lowest price quote being in the amount of $59,575.47.
The cost of this agreement is included in the IT Department's FY 2027 budget.
