Consider resolution to add County Staff Senior Counsel as an additional individual authorized to receive legal service on behalf of County.

The County currently has three authorized agents designated to receive service of process. This resolution proposes to add the County Staff Senior Counsel as an authorized agent. Appointing the Staff Attorney as an additional agent will improve the likelihood that an authorized individual is consistently available to accept service. The Chairman, County Manager, and County Clerk will remain as the other authorized agents.
