Three quotes were obtained, and the Sheriff’s Office is requesting approval for Green Heating and Cooling at a total cost of $82,232. Green Heating and Cooling currently services the existing units and is familiar with the equipment, facility conditions, and operational needs. This familiarity supports efficient coordination of the replacements, continuity of maintenance, and reduced disruption to facility operations.
