The subject property was annexed into the City of Holly Springs in 2021 as part of annexation case A-03-2021. The subject property was originally part of 262 McArthur Drive, which was subdivided following the 2021 annexation. The subject property is being deannexed as a result of House Bill 1029.
The Board of Commissioners wish to rezone 282 McArthur Drive to R-20 in response to House Bill 1029 deannexing the properties from the City of Holly Springs. Staff recommend the following:
1. Adopting the same conditions/restrictions as listed on the plat for 282 McArthur Drive.
