Consider request from Recreation & Parks to ratify the Chairman's signature for a Power Easement with Cobb EMC to provide electrical power to Woodworth Park - Phase I.

Cherokee County is constructing the first phase of Woodworth Park in southwest Cherokee. The easement is a standard Cobb EMC document granting access to provide power to the park. In this case, power will run underground from Plantation Road to the interior of the park and be distributed beyond the meter to buildings, site lighting, etc.

This is the County's preferred routing for the easement location as it is the shortest run and least impactful to park construction. As time was of the essence, the Chairman executed the easement following review by Senior Counsel.
