SUGGESTED ACTION:
Consider request by Planning and Zoning Department to adopt the revised 2025 Capital Improvement Element (CIE) and Community Work Program (CWP) Annual Report.
FACTS AND ISSUES:
During preparation of the 2026 Capital Improvement Element (CIE) and Community Work Program (CWP) Annual Report a scrivener's error was identified and alerted to staff. This led to the correction of the 2025 Annual Report. The revised report needs to be adopted and the resolution sent to DCA.
