FACTS AND ISSUES:
Resolution 2015-R-046 approved a revised list of conditions for this property and the Etowah Community Land Development Standards. This request would be to remove the use of roadside swales in favor of using standard curb and gutter within the right-of-way from the Standards due to the long-term maintenance concerns.
