A public hearing for the 2026 Capital Improvement Element (CIE) and Community Work Program (CWP) Annual Report concerning the County impact fee program was held on July 21, 2026. The Board of Commissioners approved transmittal of the report, which was submitted to the Georgia Department of Community Affairs and has been approved. The Board is now requested to adopt the Annual Report in order to maintain the County's Qualified Local Government (QLG) status and impact fee program. The attached 2026 report covers FY2025 revenue and expenses.
