Consider resolution to waive the alcohol license residency requirement for Family Dollar Stores of Georgia, LLC #25651.
FACTS AND ISSUES:
This resolution waives the alcohol license residency requirement. The ordinance requires that a person who receives a license for alcohol sales at an establishment must be a resident of Cherokee County. The licensee of this establishment lives outside of Cherokee County.
