Consider request from SPLOST/Roadway Department for Task Order CD-23T under the Professional Services Agreement with Keck & Wood, Inc., to perform traffic engineering and concept development work for the TSPLOST Traffic Engineering & Concept Study - Bundle 2, in the amount of $52,200.00.

During the process of assembling the 2025 TSPLOST referendum project list, the need to improve the intersections of Arnold Mill Road at Druw Cameron Court/Little River Drive, Arnold Mill Road at River Laurel Way and Arnold Mill Road at the eastern intersection of North Arnold Mill Road were identified for improvements.

TSPLOST Traffic Engineering & Concept Study - Bundle 2 includes the completion of a traffic analysis and concept study to evaluate potential alternatives to improve the intersections and inform subsequent engineering and design activities, which will be handled via a separate task order and RFP. Several preliminary alternatives have been developed by county staff and previous studies, which shall form the basis of the concept analysis and traffic signal warrant analysis. The consultant will review and refine these preliminary alternatives into well-developed concepts for county staff and stakeholder consideration.
