This parcel was originally annexed into the City of Holly Springs by way of the 2022 annexation A-01-2022. The parcel is currently zoned TND within the City of Holly Springs and is recorded as the plat found in Plat book 120, Pages 933-935.
The Board of Commissioners wish to rezone the 21 properties located within the Province at Hickory Flat subdivision to Cherokee County RZL (Zero-Lot-Line) in response to House Bill 1029 deannexing the properties from the City of Holly Springs. Staff recommend the following:
1. Adopting the same conditions as listed on the plat for the Province at Hickory Flat Neighborhood (Plat book 120, Pages 933-935).
