Consider request by Community Development Agency for a resolution to adopt a revised fee schedule.
FACTS AND ISSUES:
The Community Development Agency is requesting a resolution to adopt a revised Fee Schedule to reflect the addition of the fees associated with the adoption of the Courtesy Beverage amendment to the Alcohol Code (Chapter 6). The request also reaffirms the accuracy of all Community Development Agency fees previously adopted by the Board of Commissioners.
