The property owners of 2557 Bridle Creek (Jack T. Theis and Lisa F. Theis) desire to construct a fence located within an existing public drainage and utility easement. The property is legally described as Lot 30, Block 1, Trotters Ridge Addition. Since the improvements encroach within an easement that is next to an active public sanitary sewer, an Encroachment Agreement (EA) is needed to document that the property owner is fully responsible for the private improvements within the easement due to any city maintenance activities.
The attached EA was drafted by the City Attorney's office and is signed by the property owners. Upon city approval and execution, the EA will be recorded against the property.
