The City received 11 proposals from executive search firms to assist with the recruitment of the next City Manager. Following a review of the proposals, three firms have been invited to interview with the City Council on Monday, October 26, 2026.
Each interview will be conducted virtually and will last 25 minutes, including up to 10 minutes for a presentation followed by questions from the City Council.

Following the interviews, the City Council will discuss the firms and provide direction regarding the selection of an executive search firm.
