Consider vacating portions of the platted public drainage and utility easements as dedicated on Lots 18, 19, 20, and 35, Block 1, and on Lot 21, Block 2, Pioneer Ridge.
The developer of Pioneer Ridge has requested to replat a portion of the site. This will allow the developer to extend the rear lot line of each parcel by 5 feet. The additional area will be taken from the HOA common lots.
The vacation has been publicly noticed consistent with Minnesota Stat. 412.851.
This action requires a Public Hearing.
The approval of this easement vacation request is contingent upon the recording of the new replat that will dedicate new public drainage and utility easements.
