The property owners of 581 Fox Hill Drive (Michael Rohlfsen and Mimi Cho-Rohlfsen) desire to add large stone pavers on the subject property that encroaches on easement area. The property is legally described as Lot 1, Block 1, Fox Ridge Estates. Since the improvements encroach within the easement that has active public sewer and water utilities, an Encroachment Agreement (EA) is needed to document that the property owner is fully responsible for the private improvements within the easement due to any city maintenance activities.
The attached EA was drafted by the City Attorney's office and is signed by the property owners. Upon city approval and execution, the EA will be recorded against the property.
