AB-2026-0134 For Possible Action: Discussion and possible action regarding a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors concerning an application from Tom Metcalf (“Applicant”) for the abandonment of the following: (1) North Fall Street between East Proctor Street and East Robinson Street; (2) the eastern most, 12-foot-wide portion of North Plaza Street between East Proctor Street and its terminus on the south side of Assessor’s Parcel Number (“APN”) 004-211-11 currently occupied by the Carson Nugget; (3) East Telegraph Street between North Plaza Street and North Stewart Street; (4) East Spear Street between North Fall Street and North Stewart Street; and (5) the northern most, 24-foot-wide portion of East Proctor Street between North Plaza Street and North Stewart Street, adjacent APNs 004-211-05, -10, -11; 004-213-01 through -06; 004-216-01,-03 through -05; 004-221-01 through -03; 004-224-02, -03, -07, -08; and 004-225-01 through -04.
