LU-2026-0130 For Possible Action: Discussion and possible action regarding an application from Anthony Sparks (“Applicant”) for a special use permit (“SUP”) to allow for the conversion of a portion of an existing detached structure to an accessory dwelling unit (“ADU”) and to allow for the square footage of the living area of the ADU to exceed 50 percent of the living area of the primary structure, on property zoned Mobile Home 12,000 (“MH12”) located at 2880 Dori Way, Assessor’s Parcel Number (“APN”) 008-181-14.
