Staff will provide an update on the FY26 Main Street work plan, including completed initiatives, projects currently underway, and remaining priorities for the fiscal year. The discussion will provide an opportunity for the Main Street Advisory Board to review progress, identify areas requiring additional attention, and provide direction on priorities for the remainder of FY26.

The Buda Main Street Program utilizes the Main Street Approach and its four transformational strategies (Organization, Promotion, Design, and Economic Vitality) to establish annual goals and work plan items. Throughout the fiscal year, staff and the Board work together to advance projects, programs, events, and initiatives supporting Downtown Buda.

Staff will review the status of current priorities and identify items that are completed, underway, pending, or may require additional Board or committee involvement. The discussion may also identify projects that should be carried forward into FY27 or adjusted based on current community needs, available resources, and staff capacity.
