Staff will provide updates regarding planning for the 2026 Main Street Holiday Sip N Stroll and facilitate discussion regarding the overall structure of the event. The discussion will focus on current planning progress, event components, participating businesses, activities, entertainment, logistics, and other elements needed to move the event toward implementation.

The Main Street Holiday Sip N Stroll is a signature Downtown Buda event that provides an opportunity for residents and visitors to experience downtown businesses through a festive, ticketed event. The event traditionally incorporates participating businesses, themed décor, beverages, shopping opportunities, entertainment, and other activities throughout Downtown Buda.

Staff will provide updates on the current planning process and seek Board feedback on the proposed structure for the 2026 event. Discussion may include participating businesses and locations, event activities and experiences, entertainment, décor, sponsorship opportunities, ticketing, event hours, attendee flow, volunteer needs, marketing, and coordination with City departments.

The Board may also discuss opportunities to improve the attendee experience, increase participation from downtown businesses, and ensure the event remains manageable for participating businesses, staff, volunteers, and City resources.
