Discussion and possible action to authorize an amendment to the agreement with Logic Builders for additional site improvements and building renovation expenses, not to exceed additional expenditures of Four Hundred Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($400,000.00) related to Project Stapler 1750 FM 967, Buda, Texas, authorize the Board President to sign all necessary agreements, and related budget amendment.
