City Manager Micah Grau will lead a discussion regarding the Parks & Recreation Department’s strategic plan, goal setting, and priorities for Fiscal Year 2026–2027. The discussion will provide an opportunity to review department objectives, identify key priorities, and consider how future goals align with the City’s overall strategic direction and community needs.

 

The discussion will also address items related to the upcoming fiscal year, including operational needs, planned initiatives, and opportunities to improve the City of Buda’s parks, facilities, programs, and services. The Parks & Recreation Commission will have an opportunity to provide input and participate in discussions to help guide future planning and establish priorities for the department.
