The City of Buda entered into Master Services Agreement (MSA) #23-012C with HVJ South Central Texas – M&J, Inc. (HVJ) on February 7, 2023, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $125,000.00, with a current term ending December 19, 2026. HVJ provides professional engineering and construction materials testing services for various City projects under the MSA.

The proposed Amendment No. 2 to the MSA will increase the total not-to-exceed amount by $60,000.00, resulting in a revised MSA amount of $185,000.00. The additional funding will support continued Construction Materials Testing at Buda Championship Park as the parking lot undergoes full replacement. The related Amendment No. 1 to Task Order No. 3 will increase the Task Order amount by $60,000.00, from $93,430.00 to $153,430.00.
