This program aims to assist new or existing Buda-based small businesses in achieving growth and expansion by promoting new development, business expansion, and renovation of existing buildings. Incentives up to $10,000 are awarded as recommended by the LEAP committee and approved by the Buda EDC Board. Pending board approval 1 LEAP application is being recommended.

LEAP application opened on September 1, 2026, for the 2026-2027 fiscal year. The LEAP Committee met and reviewed all pending applications on September 18, 2026. The committee met and voted unanimously to approve the applications presented in this item, which now require board approval.
