The EDC Board of Directors currently meets on the second Monday each month. Our existing published meeting schedule is through December 2026.  Our proposed schedule takes into consideration any conflicts due to holidays.

The EDC Board convenes for regularly scheduled meetings every month. The meetings are typically held in the City of Buda Council Chambers, though the location may be held in the future EDC Headquarters location upon the relocation of the offices and will be properly noticed, and comply with the Texas Open Meeting Act, posting agendas at least 72 hours prior to meetings. Meeting dates and times are based on the availability of the meeting space and the preference of the members of the Board of Directors and EDC Staff. Typically, the EDC board meets on alternative weeks as the City Council.
